Privacy policy

Updated 20 October 2026

Adbinder is a private beta for managing advertising, posts and reports. Its private web interface is currently restricted to the configured owner, with Quiver as the first workspace. Contact the operator at bjorn@adbinder.com about privacy or your data.

Data we access and store

  • Sign-in email, account identifiers and session information needed to authenticate the owner.
  • Account, Page, profile and channel identifiers, names, permission grants and account settings from connected Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and Reddit accounts.
  • Campaign, ad group, ad and post content, identifiers, destinations, delivery status, budgets and performance reports available through the authorized connection.
  • Images and videos uploaded to the media library, their filenames and file metadata, and drafts, approvals, publication results and change history.
  • Access and refresh tokens needed to use the selected platform accounts, plus authorization state used during connection setup.

How we use it

We use this data to connect the selected accounts, show reports, prepare changes and carry out the owner's reviewed and approved actions. Reports may refresh through scheduled server jobs. Owner-authorized server workflows can receive selected reporting records through a separate read-only connection.

Changing ads or publishing posts requires owner review and approval. New paid ads are created paused; activation requires a separate review. Approved content and media are sent to the selected platform to perform those actions. We do not sell connected-account data, use it for unrelated advertising or use it to train AI models.

Storage and service providers

Adbinder uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for authentication, database storage and the private media library. These services process the data needed to run the application, including technical request and sign-in information. Connected platform credentials saved in the database are encrypted before storage. Server application secrets are kept in the hosting provider's secret store.

Uploaded media is kept in private storage. When an approved platform action needs to fetch a file, Adbinder supplies a temporary access link. Authentication and connection setup use cookies and authorization state. Adbinder does not add advertising trackers or site analytics to these public pages.

Google and YouTube data

Google Ads data is used for the selected account's reporting and reviewed ad management. YouTube data is used to identify the authorized channel, read video details and prepare or publish approved videos and video ads. Adbinder uses YouTube API Services; the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy also apply to those services. You can revoke Adbinder's Google access in your Google Account permissions.

Quiver commerce reporting

The optional Quiver integration separately reads Quiver's existing commerce records, including order identifiers, customer email addresses, products, amounts, refunds, attribution and consent or measurement status. It can show finance and creator commission information and run explicitly requested reporting or measurement actions. A finance refresh can retrieve transaction details from Quiver's payment processor, Paddle. This data comes from Quiver's store systems, not from a platform connection. Quiver's own customer-data and consent handling continues to apply; disconnecting an advertising account does not delete store orders or withdraw a store customer's consent.

Disconnecting and removing data

Disconnecting in Adbinder disables further use of that saved connection. It does not automatically revoke access at the platform or delete stored credentials, report snapshots, uploaded files or approval history. You can also revoke access in the platform's own settings.

For removal of data held by Adbinder, follow the data-removal instructions or email bjorn@adbinder.com. Removal requests are handled by the operator; Adbinder currently has no automatic data-deletion schedule. Deleting data in Adbinder does not itself remove posts or ads already held by a platform, or records in Quiver's commerce systems.
